When Tencel, a key fiber used in producing premium denim, was celebrating its 25th anniversary I was brought in to create a video that would tell the story of its rocky development, its subsequent influence on denim design and its deep roots in sustainability.

To tell the story authentically I dove into Tencel’s archive, leaning on vintage marketing materials, runway footage and news coverage paired with interviews of some of denim’s most notable designers, innovators and product developers.

I developed the concept for the video, wrote the script, conducted the interviews, and produced the video.
